Just stick to your values and keep on keeping on!

Isaiah 40:31
“But those who wait on the Lord will find new strength.     (waiting is the hard part, you must have faith!)
They will fly high on wings like eagles.     (You will get a reward, and it may come in many forms)
They will run and not grow weary.    (because you have the Lord in your heart, He will strengthen you)
They will walk and not faint”.    (You will stand by your convictions and go forward with truth and facts)

Unlike most other plants, Chinese bamboo is quite unique on its own (like your child). When this bamboo is planted, watered, and nurtured for the whole growing season (just as parent that suffers separation from their child due to PA, you still need to nurture in your own way), it does not outwardly develop even just for an inch. (do not get discouraged when your efforts show no result) Then, on the next growing season, the farmer must continue to irrigate, fertilize and care for the bamboo tree and yet nothing happens – it fails to sprout just the same. (Time and time again, year after year it seems that you fail in your effort)
And as the seasons go in and out, the farmer has to continue caring for the bamboo for four consecutive years. (just keep on trying, don’t change) What could really be discouraging is the farmer has nothing substantial to demonstrate for all of his labor in caring and growing the tree. Four lonely years of hard work and caring and yet you have nothing! (just like with the efforts to educate your child or children, you can becomes discouraged, don't give in to that pressure)
And then on the fifth year, something so amazing and incredible Happens! (you just never know the day when all your work will pay off)
All the hard work seems to be paid off on the fifth year because that Chinese bamboo tree seed at last grows and not just growing as we normally see with other plants. The bamboo tree shoots up to more than 80 feet all in just one growing season! Now, that is a very astonishing demonstration of the power of nature! (you have hope, just as the farmer waits for this tree and those who love God wait on the Lord, just keep watering and waiting!)

So many smiles, so much love!

  1. All of Highland High School could hear you Linda, Friday the 13th when you came in to defend your self proclaimed innocent son from all those evil school administers!
Most loving and caring parents want to know how the school can help intervene when their teenage son, a son who has already fathered an innocent baby out of wedlock is failing all his classes and is now expelled for suspicion of illegal activities! No, not Linda, attack and destroy, she will do anything in her power to prove she's a wonderful loving mother, don't you dare say she is a miserable failure as a mother! Well, Linda we don't have to say it, we see it and have to deal with it.
Your son doesn't even live with her anymore and hasn't for a long time, this is common knowledge here in this community and at the school, do you know what your child support is being used for?
Great job Linda removing God, Bruce and now even the school as an authority figure in your sons life.

How's that been working out for him mommy?

We feel so badly for your son and for Bruce, what a tragedy.
What did you get out of it except a monthly check?

Everyone can see and hear you are not a happy woman.

    1. Its sad. I am sorry for the disruption in the school and in some of the kids lives. It's a national problem this "PA". it has a huge negative effect on us all. It seems parents are now more concerned with their own lives in a disturbed and narcissistic way. They put "self" over the needs of their children. They abuse their own kids by using them as a means to inflict pain and suffering on their ex. But, in the long run, it is the children that suffer the most.
I feel so sorry for our country as these children grow older because I don't think they will ever grow up.

  3. Thanks Dave, a man has to wait for the seeds to grow :)
I trust that one day, the truth will set him free of his anger and he will once again be a happy and productive young man.
